How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 5 days for tracking updates to appear. If you need help, contact us at officialdigitopia@gmail.com.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes, we offer a 4-day return policy for eligible items. To start a return, email us with your order number and reason. Returned products must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
